Returns & Cancellation

Cancellation Policy
Nchic believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order.
  • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Nchic marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day, or any events etc.
  • No Cancellation / Return / Refund allowed for International Orders


Return & Refund Policy

Nchic is a made to order brand and we do not accept returns. We accept exchanges on damaged or defective products. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same at our Customer Service number.
The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product. While we have exchange on sizes, we recommend you to check the size charts at the time of ordering.


Nchic accepts exchange of products only under the following circumstances: Wrong product sent by Nchic team; Wrong size sent by Nchic team; Product is damaged; Size exchange requests.


Size exchanges:

In case you require the size to be changed due to fitting issues, you can raise the same to our customer care team and they will guide you on the process. The product exchanged shall be the same product originally ordered by the customer. Exchange can be processed only once.

    Refunds:

    We are a made to order brand and therefore we do not have a refund policy on any products. Product exchange will be provided in case of defective / damaged products.

      Re-attempts:

      If after multiple re-attempts for delivery of the product, the product is shipped back to Styched, after which the customer asks for a re-delivery, the customer shall have to bear the complete RTO charges levied by the delivery partner on Styched.
